Communication, Referral, Information & Assistance (CRIA)
Information and referrals are provided to the public with a focus on the elderly. This is performed by telephone calls and walk-ins.
When a senior makes a request for transportation services they must fill out a Quick Form (basic intake form). After an assessment is done, if the senior meets the guidelines they become eligible for transportation. Once they become eligible for transportation, they can make a request to use the services. Transportation is provided for health care appointments, congregate sites, senior activities and other community services.
